Runners was born out of a simple frustration: daily life in Lebanon takes up too much of your day. We decided to do something about it.
How it all started
Lebanon is a country full of life — but also full of traffic, long queues, complicated bureaucracy, and endless daily tasks that eat up hours you don't have. Between bank runs, pharmacy trips, grocery shopping, and document submissions, entire days can disappear.
We felt this personally. As busy people ourselves, we kept asking: why isn't there a trustworthy, human service that just handles these things for you? Not an app with faceless automated responses — but real people you can actually talk to?
That question became Runners. We launched with a simple idea: be the most reliable helping hand in Lebanon. Answer every message. Show up on time. Handle things the right way. Build the kind of trust that makes people feel looked after.
